You know what’s best about open source applications such as Pixelpost?
Everyone has the ability to look at our code and make sure that everything is secure.
Well, as it turns out, someone did just that, and found a security flaw.
So it’s highly recommend that everyone upgrade as soon as possible to prevent any possible security breaches.
And if you’re a security conscious person, you may want to change your password just to play it safe.
The latest version can be downloaded here:

Simply upload the new Pixelpost files, and login and you should be ready to go!

Is pixelpost compatible with Apple Macs? Thanks
Any files you suggest should be deleted after install?
thanks
@Treehousedweller
Pixelpost runs on any Apache/ISS compatible web server that provides PHP & MySQL support.
And once Pixelpost is setup, you can upload images to it from any operating system that has a web browser.
@david
No, you shouldn’t have to delete any files after install.
Simply replacing them with the new version is sufficient.
Which files are the updated ones? I don’t want to overwrite alle the files because i’ve modified some includes and scripts for my page.
thanks, voltshock
Yes voltshock i agree, a changelog would be very usefull.
