Browse by tag adds a new tag display method to Pixelpost.
<TAG_IMG_LIST_NP> will display the tags for the current image bordered by jump links to previous and next images with the same tag.
Changelog v1.0.1: -includes fix, so that plugin respects the alternative language settings.
