This is the old CAPTCHA hack rewritten to a full addon for PP 1.7. Please note there is a slight difference: the three original variables ($captcha_bgcolor, $captcha_linecolor and $captcha_fontcolor) are not implemented at this point. So you're stuck with the default color scheme at the moment.
<CAPTCHA> tag below the email-form-line in your image or comments template (depends where your comments-form is)That is it.

Works perfectly! And Sato, at first it didn't work for me either, but you gotta ensure that Defensio or Akismet is disabled.
Great addon, it have solve all the problem I use to have with spams. It only work if Defensio is deactivated
I can't make it work...I have uploaded all the files into the folder _captcha I have created into the addons server, i have inserted the tag , on the comments the image is displayed, yet the comments is passing through without filling in the number...
