The idea is good but the plugin itself is not very practical. The Auto Update is not working correctly and so my website was down. I could only use the manual update and had to disable the addon after each update in order for my website to work.
That's why I am now using Flick Comment Grabber. You won't have to create youself a Flickr API.
I have followed all the steps to set this addon up and I have not been able yet to make it run. Any help would be more than welcome.
very good but slows down my website...a lot ! why not copy the comments ? and update manual...
I come back after 3 month using the addon. I would like to point the fact that this addon slowed a lot my web site, particularly when you have lot of comments on flickr.
This is FANTASTIC! Easy to set up - I had it working in literally under 10 minutes. If only I can find an IPTC editor for OSX besides Photoshop...
Great addon, I was looking for this! It causes more exposure because of all the reactions from Flickr! Tip for future version: ability to merge Flickr and PP comments (2 different blocks now) so all the reactions are chronological.
