Installing:
- download lang-latvian.php file;
- copy to Language directory on your server;
- in file index.php find array $PP_supp_lang and add this string in the end 'latvian'=>array('LV','Latvian');
- on your site open page Options and in Language file - Base language settings: select Latvian;
