I've just followed the instructions set out here:

and now I have an iPhone friendly version of my site, http://thedailyexposure.com. In other words, my normal template continues to operate, but if your browsing it on your iPhone then it will automatically load the Hoo template.
Genius.
Need a solution that my iPhone Browser detects the template !
