Problem cropping thumbs

I copied a folder of images, now trying to manually crop the thumbs.
I can go thru the motions of cropping but the changes aren't saving ...
Addon is on. I've chosen the 12CropImage option under the Thumb section of Options. I've tried "update thumbnail" and "update post".
Neither options are making the change stick.
Anyone know what's the deal? or having this problem?

Try a hard refresh: CTRL-F5

It is just merely a caching issue from your browser.
