category tag not working...

hey folks, you guys all do a great job out there...

well, I struggle:

I use the delicious1.1 template and strangely, in the ARCHIVE directory the category tag seems not "working" , means, there is no list or index of the cats. also the tags would not display after I've added the tag at the right place. as I'm a newbie, I don't know what's worng and where to start trying...

Turn on the paged archive addon in the Addons menu.
