how can i use "contact form" with "the world in 35mm"?

hello,

im using the the world in 35mm template. how can i get the addon contact form to work with the template? it doesnt work, it says couldnt find index.php if i try to submit a comment... my guess it has something to do with the mod rewrite rules?

can anybody help me?
