arranging images as you wish vs. chronological order

is there a way to arrange your photos in the order you want instead of having things be in chronological order?
or a particular theme that offers that option?

i'm wanting to use pixelpost to run a portfolio site vs a photoblog.

Pixelpost is primarily designed to be a photoblog, so it doesn't allow you to sort the photos in any other way besides date. But there are some addons out there that should help you, the addon Album View (http://www.pixelpost.org/extend/?s=album&sort=updated&req=Any) comes to mind. Hopefully that will help you in your quest!
