Display specific catagory

I've been hunting around the archives and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Basically, I would like to add a second archive page but have it only display a specific catagory i.e. "favorites" or "family". I plan on renaming this second archive page. It seems like the archive would be a good template for this but I can't quite figure out the code.
