Error Missing a temporary folder.

Hi everyone.

First off... thanks so much for this great piece of software... but I'm having trouble uploading images on local server. I couldn't come across this solution in other posts, if I've missed a relevant post please let me know. Thanks!

I get this error in a red box when trying to upload images: Error
Missing a temporary folder.

Here is the rest of my info:

File Uploads to Pixelpost site are possible.

EXIF Pixelpost is using exifer v1.5 for EXIF-information.
