Try another day???

I was messing around trying to do somethings to my template and must have screwed something up because when I try to log into my Admin page it's a blank white page that simply says Try another day!!

My blog still works, but I can't access the admin to do anything. What should I do?

try clearing your browsers cookies and cache.
