I had this error before I even installed Pixel post:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /srv/www/web248/html/potty/pixelpost/index.php on line 300
After I resolved it, my Addon page got broken when I added a fresh and untouched file etc...
The forum suggestions were to change CHMOD permissions, change FTP client type to ASCII or lastly to re-upload files in the case that they got corrupt. None of these worked for me.
How did I resolve this? I uploaded zip files directly with my domain's file manager, extracted there and moved files in the appropriate folders..
It is something to do with the FTP client (Filezilla), but I haven't figured it out.
Yes, i've tried auto and ascii (binary too) transfer types, all to my dismay.
I think this should be added to the FAQ, it would have saved me hours of headache.
good luck.
