A Preloading Addon PLEASE!!!

Hey, my site runs slow. Its not due to internet connection, I have 300 images or so on my portfolio, a pretty simple template so it's not the loading of that. My images are all fairly big, around 600x800 or so. What I am looking for is an addon or script that preloads my next image as it loads the one before that, but essentially that means the only image that should load slow is the very first one, but even if I could avoid that that would be great, so just a preloader to start off. I run my pixelpost so that my earliest dated image is the one that appears first, that way I can set with my date what order my pictures come in, so I wouldn't be looking for a preloader that loads the previous date, but rather the next one. I would LOVE help with this. Thanks!

Sweet, but can this preload images? or just mp3s? And how would it be set up to basically preload the next image after every previous image, so basically there are no wait times?

Thanks, that seemed to work! it loads most of my pictures faster. One super weird thing though is that 2 or 3 pictures in particular always seem to load slowly. Any reason why this would happened? they all happen to be pictures that I have at one time or another had as my first picture on my site. Any reason why these particular ones would load so slow in comparison to all my others? Any way to make them load regularly?
