Initial Install Problem

I am having trouble installing Pixelpost. I followed the instructions on the webpage - download and unzip the files, create a mySQL database, upload them to the server, and then open the install.php file through my browser. However, when I try to open install.php I get a 404 error that the file is not found.

I read in some older posts that file permissions can be a problem, so I changed the permission to 777 but no luck.

I am new to creating websites, so hopefully this is an easy one.

Pardon my typo ... I was trying every combination of folders there that I could think of. But I do get the 404 error when including the admin path.

There is something wrong with your folder permissions or more likely, server configuration. I'd suggest getting in touch with your hosting provider and working with them to get your issue(s) resolved.
