Spaces between tags and categories?

Is there anyway to get spaces between tags and categories? A lot of other softwares allow you to do "this category" and keep that as one category rather then have to do this_category.

Anyone have a hack or a way to do so?

I would like that for Pixelpost 2.0 please. Comma separated tags instead of space separated tags.
