Shooting art

Hey,

I quite frequently take pictures of other people's art - mainly graffiti - because there's loads where I live. I often try and frame the shot with the surrounding landscape because it kind of situates the nature of the graffiti. This one though I didn't, and I wondered what other people thought of it - does it make a good picture? Am I just ripping off someone elses work?

I did an entire black and white film series on graffit/street art, its all part of a street photographer movement or interest if you ask me

the messages, the art, well displayed or sloppy spraypaint on a wall, it all can be made to look at from a different point of view.

I love seeing more of this content in peoples photos
