This has been asked before but there was not answer, so I am asking again.

Is it possible to have on the monthly archive page. Forward and backward buttons that, when pressed would take you to the previous/next months archives. Similar to the next prev buttons on the browse image page.

i'm very sure this is possible. i'd look into it but the whole team is very busy with pixelpost v2 right now (the main site) so this might have to wait. i'll add it to feature requests at sourceforge so we don't forget this time.

this is simply possible as an addon. try to reach addon writers for archive page.

right now it is not on the table.

I am setting up a photoblog with PP 1.4.3 at the moment. This is exactely what I would like to use. As I am new to Pixelpost and know nothing about programming I would be glad if someone could give me advice.

@nox: If you like get what was talking about ctranter then you must write/get new addon for your Pixelpost installation.

Such feature isnt part of official Pixelpost distribution and I think it wont be.

GeoS, thanks very much for the quick reply. Unfortunately I don't know how to write addons, so I will find an other solution for my archive page navigation.

I am currently redesigning my site with Pixelpost 1.7.1. I would still be interested in this way of navigating through the archive. Any progress with this?
