Hi!

I’m a newbie and have some trouble when I try to upload images. Installation no problems:

”Host Information
PHP-version 4.3.11 (Pixelpost's min requirement: PHP version 4.3.0)

MySQL version 4.0.24_Debian-10-log (Pixelpost's min requirement: MySQL 3.23.58)

GD-lib bundled (2.0.28 compatible) with JPEG support

Server software Apache

EXIF Pixelpost is using exifer v1.5 for EXIF information.

Paths
Guessed imagepath: /customers/poeten.se/poeten.se/httpd.www/fotoblog/images/

Configured Imagepath /customers/poeten.se/poeten.se/httpd.www/fotoblog/images/

Image Directory: OK - Can we write to the directory? YES.

Thumbnails Directory: OK - Can we write to the directory? YES.

Language Directory: OK

Addons Directory: OK

Includes Directory: OK

Templates Directory: OK”

I upload my first image without problems but with the second I got these messages:

Warning: imagejpeg(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /customers/poeten.se/poeten.se/httpd.www/fotoblog/includes/functions.php on line 92

Warning: chmod(): Unable to access ../thumbnails/thumb_20050531092515_humla_maskros.jpg in /customers/poeten.se/poeten.se/httpd.www/fotoblog/includes/functions.php on line 94

Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in /customers/poeten.se/poeten.se/httpd.www/fotoblog/includes/functions.php on line 94

Any help appreciated!

Please try to upload a picture with a shorter name, I do remember that there were some problems with too long names

and tell me if it is ok or not

good luck! I like poets and flowers

i know it says that your permissions are ok on the images and the thumbnails folder but would you mind double checking them please - i don't trust that information entirely ... as the errors are basically telling us it doesn't have permission to do that stuff in the images folder.

I double-check the permissions again and it’s OK.

god that was confusing - i accidentally clicked 'edit' on your post rather than 'quote' and suddenly found my reply in your post... sorry about that!
this is what I said:

when you say it's OK now do you mean you ammended the permissions and everything is fixed or the permissions were already as they were supposed to be and nothing is fixed yet. which?

I find out that IMAGES PATH disappeared after every image I upload.
