Languaje choosing

Another last thing that i haven´t get to work:

I´ve made the Spanish languaje php file, and i want to give people the choice to choose between both languajes...

Do you mean that the user choose between different languages or do you mean that the administrator can choose between different languages when configuring the system?

The user can choose in the index with a link...the languaje...
