I've designed my own template tonight. at least for the main page. It's obvious that I was inspired by some of the available templates like peper and visual experience but I wrote it from top to down. Thank's for doffer for the tutorial that help alot.
what do you think about it?

Ramin,
the structure of the page is clear and the colors is very nice, but the page scrolls too much and that is not necessary.
I have some suggestions:
I would try to have the DIV with the Image-Notes and the EXIF in the same width as the image, so the page will not be too long and scrolling would not be necessary at most times
as your images are 640 width, give this width to the DIVs as well
I also would set the NETSTAT logo and the COMMON License Logo in the same row with "designed by.." so the page would be not too long and scrolling can be omitted as well
don't give a margin-top of 70px + padding of 5px to the footer, your site will become unnecessary long again and will scroll even if not necessary at all
#footer{
margin:70px 0px 0px 0px;
padding-top:5px;

I always like clean and simple designs.
- Thumbnail row is my favorate item in the templates but yours does not show that.
- use something else instead of "//" at the top menu. It's distracting.
- I like to show the EXIF info. It makes my atleast template more like a photographer's site;)
nice design:)
