I'm behind times and still on version 1.1.2 - I need to upgrade my pixelpost. Can someone advise on what I need to do? I tried searching the forums for some light at the end of the tunnel, however, obviously I was unsuccessful, as I am asking for help. I found instructions how to upgrade from 1.3, but I'm still on 1.1.2... didn't know if the same rules apply.

Mishku,

you must go with these steps to upgrade:

the ReadMe_upgrade.txt of Version 1.4.1 says:

1- UPGRADE from Version 1.1 or Version 1.2 to PixelPost 1.4
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this rare case, you should run the Upgrade to Version 1.3 first
you find this upgrade-file for download here:
http://www.pixelpost.org/download.php?download=upgrade_to_1.3

Information, how to run this Upgrade, is available here:
http://www.pixelpost.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=177

please, backup all your data (files and database-data) before you start the upgrade, backup the database with PHPAdmin

good luck!

as I remember it is possible to upgrade from 1.1.2 with 1.4 install.... I'm just speculating...

Mishku,

try this: http://www.pixelpost.org/v1/download.php?download=upgrade_to_1.3

that's the right one, sorry it is because of our structural changes at the server...
