Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /includes/functions.php:187) in /admin/index.php on line 125

I get this error after entering my Name and Password.
I just started getting this error today. I've not changed a thing in Pixelpost with the exception of the templates. I've not modified the Index.php or anything. Was working flawlessly for months.

Anybody know what this means?

generally this message means, that before the header was sent to the browser, the document contained empty lines or other lines, what is not allowed

so, when this message comes from functions.php, you really did not edit that?

and it's PP 1.4 or PP 1.4.1?

Nope, did not touch the functions.php file. I wanted to post a new image as I usually do in the morning and this error suddenly appeared.
Wierd...

I'm running the latest version 1.4.1. Would a re-install of version 1.4.1 fix this possibly?

Dominic,

if it happened suddenly and you did not change something, then something else must have changed

did you ask your hoster? Did they change the configuration of the servers?
did they move your webspace to another server?

It must not be PixelPost, there are always more parties involved

I would first ask the hoster, a re-install is not necessary in the moment, first ask them
