I downloaded version 1.4.1 from www.pixelpost.org
As I was reading the READ ME files for initial direction, I noticed that I don't have the folders mentioned. My site is www.shuttercandy.com
I loaded pixelpost directly onto it. Should I have /includes and /admin?
I don't have either...is this correct??
Just in case, I deleted my current .zip file and tried downloading again two more times. Same problem. I don't see admin or includes folders.
Did I download the wrong thing?

download it, unzip it, edit includes/pixelpost.php to match your database settings, uploadit all via ftp...create the images and thumbnails folder, chmod to 777 then go to where you installed it in the borwser ie yoursite.com/pixelpost/admin/install.php and follow the instructions.

Blinking,
Thanks for the help. The problem is, for whatever reason, I don't have the includes folder...meaning that my file was located on www.shuttercandy.com/pixelpost.php
Same with www.shuttercandy.com/install.php
No /includes/pixelpost.php OR admin/install.php
Not a problem initially, but I think it won't work in the long run because there is so much code looking for the extensions.
Is there a problem with the template on the homepage of www.pixelpost.org?

busyone,
as you call yourself busy, take some time, read about the steps, do everything in a quiet mood, so many people managed to upload and install PixelPost and they all had the necessary folders after the installation,
they managed to create the image- and the thumbnails-folder and they managed to make them writeable
so, take a free mind and start again, I am sure it will work
