I was just wondering if it is possible to change the name of the admin folder or if this would mean editing a billion lines in every file :)
Asking because while I *can* access admin/index.php the admin folder is what is used by default on my host to access the controlpanel for the domain (domain.com/admin will redirect to the controlpanel login) so I'd rather us something different.

this would mean to change a lot
but you can do something very easy:
do not install in your root directory of your webspace
install in a subdirectory, for example: /photos
so the PixelPost admin would sit in /photos/admin
and everything is ok
is this a solution for you?

as far as I know you can change the name of admin folder to what ever you want. I made some simple tests and it was ok. :)

@Connie
Sadly thats exactly what I wanted to avoid - the blog has to be in the root directory.
But just as raminia said, it seems like I can indeed change the name of the admin folder to ANYTHING...i gave it a try and everything still works :)
Loving this script more and more every day :)
