Still just says "Coming Soon!"

i did the install... logged into the admin panel and uploaded an image but when i go to the root dir and index.php i still just see "Coming Soon!" Help!

Strange. I take it the image is really saved and can be viewed under images in the admin panel?

If it shows up there, see what happens if you delete line 116 - 119 in the main index.php file.
