If it were not late at night, well, midnight, I would go out and test my new tripod, which I got as a present...

it's a little bit stormy outside so I could test the stability of it, but what to shoot in the dark?

I will try to relax today a little, cuddle my husband, spend time with my friends at the evening, have a good glass of wine and some nice oriental food, so life is beautiful!

point it up at the stars (assuming you can see any at all!!!) with a bulb shutter. that would be a bril test for your tripod :P

landscapes and city scapes. like f9 iso 100 for 3-4 minutes...makes a tripod your most beloved toy!

great present though, I have a horrible tripod, its on the shopping list.

The Tripod brand is HAMA, it looks quite convenient and stable

but the sky is cloudy, storm and heavy rain, so I will test that some other day, now I go to bed, it's 2:30 in the morning, had many nice guests, lovely people

and I will wash the dishes tomorrow...
