Is there anyway to put the name of the picture that you are currently looking at in the titlebar?

I want it to say "Picture Title | NickPicky" where NickPicky is the site name.

<title><SITE_TITLE></title>

and have a look at www.photografitti.de

guess, what I am doing there?
