For those PHP folks (i.e., Connie, Blinking8s, et al...) what resources can you recommend for folks like me who might like to get a much firmer understanding of how to build a small dynamic application no more complex than Pixelpost.
Could be books, examples, Web sites, tutorials, etc. I am currently looking through the pixelpost forum to mooch what info I can... But I wondered if anyone had any favorite resources.
thanks!!!

Well, I only took the intro to php class, and we had assigned projects. Students brought in different books and these were the two best I read

granted they were older versions, php4, but everything out thast new on the shelves is for 5 now.
But reverse engineering is a great way to learn anything, lost of free php things on the net. Download some, rip them apart, learn how they work...that always helps.
I'll dig up a lot of good tutorial links over the weekend and post them somewhere here...

I keep looking at the PHP and MySQL Web Development book, but just never put the money down for it. Thanks!
Yeah... I'm using PixelPost as one of my reverse engineering learning experiences now. I can figure out anything with HTML/CSS/Actionscript... PHP/MySQL is a little new for me.
I'd love some online tuts! Thanks for the help!
