Hi Pixelpost-Developer,
this seems to be a never ending story.
If I link from any page of my Homepage (located at german 1und1) to my photoblog (located at eleven2) the link shows not the photoblog but the page with the link again!
So I contacted eleven2. Rodney Giles tried his best and told me it must have been something to to with my german provider 1und1.
So I contacted 1und1. They told me that:
..."It is technically impossible, that [the fault] belongs to us. A "<a href..." is a normal html-code, which is terminated directly by the browser, our servers technically have nothing to do it anymore.
I assume, that the PHP-Script on the target page or a .htaccess at this place analyzes the visitors origin and a roule under certain circumstances redirects back to the origin address (=the page with the link).
This runs like I mentioned before, on the targetaddress, not at us. "
So I contaced Rodney Giles at eleven2 again.
He wrote:
"This does appear to be a problem with pixelpost itself.
It has a spam referral prevention system which is causing some sort of issue here. "...."But their is nothing here on the servers that would be causing a issue. "...
Here are the Links for testing:
http://www.kohler-online.com/linktest.htm
The photoblog can be reached at:
http://photoblog.stephankohler.com or http://www.stephankohler.com/pixelpost/index.php
Please help!
