I feel like an idiot here. I can't seem to change the contents of the about page. I'm not much of a web designer. When I open the about page from the templates folder in any text editing program then save it back to the server the new info is there but it destroys all the css formatting.
I have no clue when it come to css and haven't done any web designing in years. I am using the "simple" template and my URL is www.lookingglass.ehmotion.com.
Thanks,
Justin

Sorry for the delay.
I copied back the default page to my server after I noticed it broked the styling. I can copy the edited page back again when I get home.
To make things clear, what I am trying to do is change the default "about" page where it says "so what the heck is all this?" Looking through the file structure it looks like I have to change the about page for the current template I am using. But I was thinking about it and what happens if I switch templates. I wouild have to change the about page for that template. So there must be another file I have to alter that the template refers to. I hope I am making sense.

there will be an about_template.html in every template folder (well, normally anyway!) each one is individual and it is within these files that you can alter the content of your about page.
