problems viewing light css

for the most part my site looks okay with the simple/light stylesheet. but when if i were to go to the very first image i posted the style no longer works.

i dont know how to explain it. but if you go onto my site, click browse, and then click on teh thumbnail farthest right, u'll see. i'm viewing this in IE. i know there are other threads about something similar to this but they dont help me :confused:
