Too Many Connections?

I just startes my photoblog the other day and everything was going fine until just a few minutes ago... I'm not entirely sure what I did but now my site doesn't load. Instead, all I get is this error message:
Error: Too many connections
Then I tried to access my PixelPost admin, and I got this:
Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/unseenze/public_html/pixelpost/includes/functions.php on line 163
Error: Too many connections
It happened right after I added a meta tag to my site index so that my site could be registered on photoblogs.org. I took the tag out after I got these errors, but it still isn't working. My site is www.unseen.zeeder.com/pixelpost. I would really appreciate any help you can give me!! Thanks so much!

Turns out it was the host. It fixed itself sometime this morning. Thanks anyway though :]

Now I'm getting a "Too many connections" error on my blog. I've been running my photoblog on Textpattern since August, switched over to Pixelpost just a few days ago and this is the first time I've ever had this problem. Also seems I'm not the only person to have had it. Are you certain that Pixelpost isn't to blame?
