thumbnail links

hiya folks,

can someone please tell me why the small thumbnails i have on my page have white border in firefox and no visited change of colour, but in IE the std (links) colour is blue and then turns to purple after clicking on the thumbnail.
I have not set the colors in the CSS so why is it different between firefox and IE.

because you have not set the colors for links the browsers use their default and as we are in a free world every browser can define his standards freely :rolleyes:
