Can't log in to Admin

I have forgot my username and password. What do I do? It hasn't been required before, and now I can't post any pictures.

Would be grateful for help. Thanks.

you can use the retrieve password feature or simply reset the password manually in your database through phpmyadmin.

Thanks for replying so fast! I've tried the retrieve password feature, but there was some error. I'm gonna try the phpadmin...I'm not so good at that database stuff though. But I'll try, thanks!

Ok, now Im in the phpmyadmin...see if it works..

..It's like a jungle in there. I have no Idea where to go and where to put the new password...

you can do a search in the forum here for "Password" and you will find a lot of information

did you enter your email-adress in the admin-section? If so, you can simply use the password-retrieve-system in the login-dialogue, just click on the linkl under the sign-in-form and you will get a new password by mail to this adress

Connie, Yes I tried that but there is an error message: "Database error:
Updating the new password failed". Don't know why.
