Forgot Password

I haven't posted anything new in my blog for a while and i have forgotten the userid and password i used to log into thje admin panel. Is there a way to reset it?

I think you misunderstood me I mean the id and password for my own pixel post admin panel.

followed your instructions (thanks) I reset the password but I still cannot access the admin panel, justs says user name or password incorrect. Any ideas ?

Do you have cookie enabled??

If so - try to delete old cookies.

Check if both passwords (set in DB and this which you use to login) are the same, ...

also check if login name in database is the same as that which you are using if the passwords match. if cookies are enabled as well then i'm stuck for why you are having problems!

Everything seems to match but still no luck. Perhaps a reinstall would correct the problem ?????

It cant match if you cant login.

Rick - a reinstall would not help i think. you can try but you would lose your data - recheck cookies - if you still find they are ok perhaps send your details to somebody on a different computer who you can trust and see if it works for them.
