After transferring my files to a new domain, I now can't seem to remember the password. How can I reset it without loosing my stuff?

type in your username and press the "log in" button. it'll take you to a "forgot password" page and you can type in your username and email address and they'll send you a new one.

I tried that and I keep getting this message:

You did not mention email address at all!
If you have no clue about your password, leave a message in Pixelpost forum for help.

I did put an email address so I don't know why it's not working.
