do you have the same problem? i'm getting referers list (http://cenek.unas.cz/index.php?x=ref) full of some erotic urls, i think it is the matter of some robot, which is searching the web and trying to do this mess. i found out that it is just from a few ip addresses: 80.58.34.237, 217.235.127.84, 12.223.68.10, 62.225.236.154, 63.65.68.27. do you have a filter for it? or is it possible to include this to the next version of pixelpost?
