Username / password problem

OK, .. I AM a dummy! ... I inadvertently deleted my cookies, and not only do I not remember my password but I can't remember my user name either, to get into my admin page. Is there anything I can do?

Normally this kind of question gets negative responses. Understandably so ;).
If your hosting control panel has phpmyadmin installed, this is trivial. Just browse the config table and look for the "admin" entry. That'll be your user name, just use the password request function with that. I'm pretty sure there's one!
Otherwise we can go for more drastic measures. If you want to be talked through it, or you don't have phpmyadmin, feel free to PM me.
