improving the anti-spam addon

Hi,
I have not a major spam problem, just 2 to 5 in a day, but I see all my spam comments contains multiple external link.

I was wondering: to block a spam comment, what about for a check in index.php?
pixelpost counts the A HREF commands;
IF they are 1 or 2 THEN the comment is OK,
ELSE
it's almost surely spam and the comment is not saved...

i think this has already been done steff in 1.5

if it hasn't then it's a good idea! i'll check if it's been done.
