Ampersand parsing

I seem to get errors creating the thumbnail, as well as in the RSS feed creation when there is an & (ampersand) in the filename. Just a heads up, I haven't had time to take a look at the code to fix or actually test it on a new setup yet.

Also in the image description you have to use the html code instead of directly just typing in the ampersand otherwise your rss won't parse as well. I'm on 1.4.2 haven't had time to test 1.4.3 before upgrading.
