Changing The Pixelpost Database

Hi, i was wondering if it was possible to change the database pixelpost uses by simply changing the main database details in the pixelpost.php file.

I need to do this because my installation got all messed up but my old database is fine, it would be great if i could just re-install pixelpost onto a new database and then swap it over to the old one by just changing the details in the pixelpost.php file.

Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Yep, you can just change the details in includes/pixelpost.php to the new database details.
Or, if you have phpmyadmin installed you can copy the old information over to the current database.

Thanks for that, i was hoping thats all you had to do. Copying the information into the new database was my second option but if just changing the database works than thats great.
