This problem has been brought up before but I've tried the suggested solution of clearing the cache (and have also closed the browser down before viewing the page again) and it doesn't work.

When I try to access the admin panel after installing, I get

The layer does not exist (cropdiv)-
If your using Netscape please check the nesting of your tags!

I'm using Firefox but have just checked it in IE and I get the exact same thing (having never viewed it in IE before so that one can't be cache but I've emptied it anyway).

Any ideas?

I have no ideas, because this did happen one time to me and after clearing the cache it was ok
did you clear the cookies as well?

was it an update or a first install of PP?

It was an upgrade from 1.4.3.

I think I cleared the cookies but I've just done both again to make sure and I still get the popup. :(

Sorted it.

I had to do a manual delete of the cache files and then restart. Must be something to do with the cache configuration on my computer.

Thanks for your help!
