'Most Recent Comments' w/ Thumb

I've been thinking of adding the 'Most Recent Comments' AddOn to my site. Thus far, the sites I've seen using this AddOn seem to only display the Comment info itelf. Could the thumb for the associated image be displayed alongside the Comment?

Just realized.....what I would like to do is duplicate the 'Comments' functionality in the Admin page on the public side of my site.
