image resizing

ive created my own template and i was wondering how to have the image automaticlly resize on the page. any help

you want resize to what size?

does your template define the width and height of the image?
then the best way is to resize the image to that size before posting
there are many programs out there for that

for example irfanview, it's free and easy (www.irfanview.com)
