How do you edit the about section?

I finally figured out pixelpost uploading of pictures. Now, I would like to know how to change the "about" section on the blog. So, can someone please help me figure out how to edit this stuff. Thanks ahead of time.

edit the about_template.html file

it can be found in templates/simple/ directory (assuming you are using the simple template.
