1.5beta1 - Can't edit comments with an apostrophe

When trying to edit comments, I get an error about the mysql syntax due to apostrophes (') being in the comment.

Also, on a related note, an amperand (&) will break the RSS feed, which was a problem in 1.4.3 as well.

I checked all possible situations with quote, apostrophe, doublequotes, special characters and it was possible to edit the comments, to release them and the feedvalidator checked the feeds as valid
