An other problem

Hi all,

I have resolved the problem of configuration, but if I install the wordpress plugin oh my blog I see this error message

"Error: pixelpost.php is not accessable. Error in PixelPost_local_address=../. "

Where is my error?

have you defined the pixelpost address in your plugin? it should be ../photoblog/ for you.

ok! Now The error is not present, but look at my sidebar, under photoblog... Now appears only the name of the photo... And not the image... Why? :( I am a disaster...

I see also that I am able to upload the photo but the thumbnail is not visible... Uff... -.- Help me please... :(

did you change anything in the plugin? which version of plugin you are using?

Oh! you don't have thubmnails to show!! that's the problem now! check you PP admin panel >> General infor. search for the section about GD lib copy paste the information there. It should be GD Lib with JPEG support. if it's not there or it's not exactly as I mentioned, that means you don't have GD lib with JPEG support on your host. Then you should ask your host admin to do that for you.

Another cause might be CHMOD 777 of thumbnails folder. do you have thumbnails folder? did you chmod 777 it (read/write/execute permission to the folder). if not do so!

But PP works! http://johnnybravo.6te.net/photoblog is fully functional... The problem is the thumbnail...

Why PP canno create thumbnails? The thumbnail folder in chmoded 777...

6te.net gives me web hosting... and there are all the functions like a traditional domain... :(

well, this free hosting is the problem, I think

I installed PP there as well, I can open PP admin, I can install it
I can upload image
thumbnail is created
but the main page does not show up at all, no content

so I would not stay with that hoster for free and have all kind of difficulties, webspace is very cheap today...
and we cannot give support for freehosting-restrictions etc.
I already spent 0.5 hours on installing just to find out...
