Hello all.

When viewing two images on my wife's IE6(PC) the stylesheet does not seem to be opening leaving a html page. The two image/entries are "Arno Sculer" and "Arnor Sculer, black and white."

This does not happen on Firefox(PC) or my Macs Firefox and Safari. Why does it only happen on those two images/entries and not any other?

What version of PP are you running?

I think this was a problem with older versions of PP when there was a " in the post.

Either upgrade or don't use " in your descriptions

Hello.

I'm using wordpress 1.4.3. The " are used only in the above entry/query to quote the title of the entry's/photographs and is not used in the description.

Update.

We just tried my site on Internet Explorer 5 on a PC and it appears the style sheet is not loading on any of the entries! I understand that IE5(PC) may only amount to a few viewers, but I am concerned with IE6(PC).

Is it an IE6(PC) problem? Have I mangled the code somehow by moving next and previous to the upper bar? Any Ideas?

Thanx in advance

you are using quoations in your image description - the "arno Sculler" take

anyhow - this bug is fixed in 1.5beta - but if you don't want to upgrade yet then you just need to remove the quotes from your description.

Hello.

I just checked my admin panel and I am NOT using quotation marks in description. I just used them above to "quote" image titles.

Thanx in advance

what? how are those not quotations?! i can see quotes clearly around the words arno Sculler - the quotes are what are breaking your template and i gave you the solution.

Thank you.

I'm also sorry for my mistake, for some silly reason I was looking for quotations in my image title and they weren't there. Somehow I overlooked the quotes in the description, your answer on how to solve the problem was correct.

Thank you again.

Interestingly, I have also suffered this problem.

I am running the most recent version of PP available for download. I also had used "" in my image descriptions... but have just removed them and will need to test the site again from a box external to work. (The cache here plays havoc with sandboxing and testing).

this has come up a few times.....

When I looked, this bug was still present in 1.5B1 and I actually figured out the problem and offerred a patch for this some time ago.

It is all about having " quotes in either the title or description in a post.

So if you remove the quotes and it is still showing up bung on some external machines, is this likely a cache issue?

I told my tester to hit f5.. but have no idea whether or not they did. lol.
